  Well worth a visit. Beautiful gardens, amazing views and a house so rich in history. Our family really enjoyed the the we spent here.

  Definitely a great place to stay.
  The history.
  The GARDENS.
  The heated floors.
  The staff, especially David.
  The location and the forest walk.
  But you have to pay for it.
  Also - avoid the restaurant if you are hungry. Their main is skinnier than a normal starter.

  I spent a lovely morning with friends drinking coffee and chatting out in the garden patio. The flower garden was in full bloom - stunning. Great time there as always!! The friendly Robin loved the cake as much as we did.

  Great place to visit while in Bantry. The Tea rooms are good. The cakes were absolutely delicious. I knocked it down on one thing and that's the presentation of the cutlery and table trays. They have seen better days and I know it's a small thing but they need to be changed as they look over worn and dirty. Other than that do go visit amd enjoy the carrot cake....

  Incredible manor house, it looks like something out of a movie. Sophie is lovely. The bathroom had heated floors, the beds were quite comfortable. Don't miss the library (have a drink by the fire before you retire), walking around the house when it is open in the morning, and climbing the steps at the back on the gardens for amazing views of the bay. I would stay here again!
