- Dave Spathaky Added 09/09/2017★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Friendly staff but they make mistakes! Everyone is human but this was a large error. They apologised but didn't really make amends. I asked for a preferential rate on a loan and this wasn't forthcoming which was disappointment. The error had been misleading to me and could impact seriously. Sorry is not always enough.
On the up side they have been professional, polite and expedited the additional loan.
I like to 'shop local' and support local employment if I can. Credit Unions in ireland are pioneers. Let's keep them alive by using them.
'Bantry CU' as a business also covers the branch in Castletownbere. The same staff rotate in both.
